1. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
This mass sporting event – the race with colors “HOLI RUN” (hereinafter – “Competition, race”) is held for the following purposes:
– Promotion of physical culture, sports and healthy lifestyles among residents of Ukraine;
– popularization of a healthy lifestyle and positive emotions;
– development of mass sports;
– education of a healthy and socially active population;
2. DATE AND VENUE
Date: 12.09.2019
Duration: 10:00-15:00.
Starting point: Ukraine, Kyiv, Truhaniv island
3. ORGANIZERS
General management of the organization for the competition is carried out by “COLOR AGENCY”.
4. PROGRAM COLOR HOLI RUN.
– 10:00 – 15:00 Verification of documents of the participants of the race
– 11:00 Opening of the competition
– 11:30 am Children’s Run
– 11:45 Start of the race – men and women teams
– 15:00 Award winners and closing competitions.
The length of the route is 5+ km., The length of the children’s route is 500 m.
The course map and description of the obstacles will be posted in advance on the official website of the competition HOLI.RUN
5. PARTICIPANTS OF RUNNING WITH PAINTS
5.1. To participate in the competition are allowed to persons over the age of 18 and persons who do not have contraindications to physical activity. Participants are personally responsible for their state of health, which, when checking documents, give their agreement by purchasing a starting ticket to the event, to the organizers of the competition. A participant who has not received a starting number is not allowed to participate in the competition.
5.2. Participants in the children’s race are allowed only when accompanied by parents. Age of participants from 6 to 12 years.
5.3. When registering, the participant chooses which race to run. You can participate personally and the team.
5.4. Individual run is divided into run 2 and 5 km.
5.5. The team may include 4 or more people (at least 1 woman).
6. COSTS FOR ORGANIZING AND MAKING A RUNNING WITH PAINT
6.1. The cost of organizing and conducting the race shall be borne by TOV “COLOR AGENCY”.
6.2. The event is held by attracting sponsors and partners, as well as through the entry fees of the participants themselves.
6.3. All expenses for participation in competitions are borne by the participants themselves or sending organizations.
7. AWARDS
7.1. The event is NOT serviced by an electronic timekeeping system. Winners of the competition are not determined.
7.1.4. All runners who finish the race will receive a commemorative medal.
8. REGISTRATION. CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION WITH PAIN. STARTING FEE
8.1. Registration of participants.
8.1.1. You can apply for participation and pay the entry fee on the official website of the HOLI.RUN competition.
8.1.2. The last day for submitting the application and paying the entry fee is 30.08.2019 (if there are slots).
8.1.3. Paying the entry fee, the participant receives:
Finisher Commemorative Medal,
Paint Holi to attend,
Participant starting number,
Number bracelet party
Access to locker room and wardrobe,
First Aid,
Drinking water at the finish;
8.1.5. The competition is not a commercial enterprise and is held on the basis of self-sufficiency due to the entry fees and sponsorship. The size of the entry fees when paying during the period:
Run distance 2 km
Distance of the race 5 km
Children’s race 500 м
8.2. After the participant has paid the entry fee – within 24 hours a letter confirming the registration with the registration number of the participant comes to him.
8.3. On the day of the event, the participant must undergo a check of documents before the start and receive the participant’s starting package
8.3.1 Participants are admitted to the sporting run with paints provided that they have a document, namely a printed or electronic ticket of the race participant.
8.4. In case of non-appearance, refusal or non-participation in the competition for any other reason – the payment for the entry fee is not refundable.
9.RULES OF THE TRACK OF THE SPORTS RANCH WITH PAINTS
9.1. General rules
9.1.1. The behavior of the participants. At the time of the event, all its participants are obliged to behave as befits athletes, and guided by the general principles of decency. Discrimination, intentional obstruction of other participants, interruption and aggressive behavior among competitors are not allowed.
9.1.2. Start. Participants need to go to the start / warm-up zone 15 minutes before the start of their race or at a signal from the host.
9.1.3. Equipment. The equipment must comply with the weather conditions on the day of the race. It is forbidden to take items with you onto the track that may harm other participants.
9.1.4. Track. The length of the route is 2 km and 5 km for participants from 12 years. For the children’s race, age up to 12 years, 500 meters. Detailed information about the route with a description of obstacles will be posted in advance on the competition website. Participants are not allowed to be on the track and overcome obstacles before the start of the race or after.
9.2. Rules during the race:
9.2.1. When passing the route, participants need to remain within a specially marked zone, accidental or intentional shortening of the path is not allowed. Entrants are not allowed to damage labeling, obstructions and the environment. Participants need to give way to other faster participants. In the event that a participant has left the track, he needs to return to the place where he came from and continue passing from this place.
9.2.2 Each participant must overcome all obstacles presented on the track.
9.2.4. Judges (marshals) will follow the obstacles at each obstacle.
9.3.2. Runners run without regard to time.
9.4. Participants in the children’s race overcome the obstacle course in the compulsory accompaniment of parents. REGISTRATION OF RESULTS
10.1.1. The result of the participants of the races is NOT fixed by the electronic timekeeping system. The start time of the participants of a particular wave is considered the same for all participants of this wave.
11. PROTESTS AND CLAIMS
11.1. Claims are sent to info@holi.run
When filing a claim, you must specify the following data:
• surname and name (anonymous appeals are not considered);
• the essence of the claim, what is the claim;
• grounds for claim (photos, personal stopwatch, subjective
opinion, etc.).
11.2. Commission within 3 days from the date of filing a protest or claim,
prepares a formal response, which is sent to the email address from which the claim was filed.
11.3. Claims are accepted only from participants.
11.4. The consequences of breaking the rules. Violation of the rules leads to disqualification. Disqualification may occur during the race or after it, based on reports or videos.
11.5. The organizer has the right to refuse registration to a person without explanation.
12. ENSURING THE SAFETY AND RESPONSIBILITY OF PARTICIPANTS
12.1. Each participant undertakes to independently monitor their health and assumes all risks of participation in the competition. (in the children’s race, their legal representatives).
12.2. The organizers of the competition are not responsible for any loss, damage to equipment, injury or death of the participant as a result of his participation in the competition. This item is valid before, on time and after the official date of the competition.
12.3. In order to ensure the safety of competitors at a distance, a first-aid station is organized.
13. VIDEO AND PHOTOGRAPHY OF COMPETITION
13.1. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Rights to Marks for Goods and Services,” as well as “On Copyright and Related Rights,” the organizers own all rights to cover the event through video or photography. Persons planning to shoot or photograph competitions must be officially accredited by the press attaché of the organizers. The use of video and photography for commercial purposes is allowed only with the written permission of the organizers.
